I know what it's like to have tried every diet out there, including detoxes and resets that limit what I can eat to just a few items or drinking only green juices.

That might work for some people, but the truth be told, it's never worked for me! I lost some weight here and there but was never able to maintain it and my hormone symptoms just got worse ... the night sweats and mood swings were unbearable. I never really learned or understood how the different plans were helping my hormones or setting me up for future success.

I have struggled with hormone fluctuations - the mood swings, the mid-section weight gain, insufferable insomnia! I was losing sight of who I was and I didn't understand what was happening to my body. I was eating healthy, exercising but my body was failing me, I was starting to see little things pop up - achy joints, cravings for sweets and salt, not to mention having to spend at least a day a month in bed with heavy bleeding and no energy.
